Oscar Loya - President
Meet the Founder
Our founder, Oscar Loya, earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Florida. Oscar holds his professional engineering license in the states of Florida, Georgia, and Utah. His design experience includes roadway design, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control design, and industrial site development, including the development of advanced power generation facilities. He also has experience navigating permitting and regulatory compliance requirements across various projects.
